Upgrade to be located on the canal for only $50/month more....or to a waterfront lot for only $100/month more!!!

That is less than $16/day on the water--on the island....NOT out in the woods-n-bugs!!!

*Must be paid in cash in advance, plus tax. Runs 30 days from move-in to move-out. All additional charges still apply for pets, additional vehicles, more than two people, etc...

Waterfront/Water View - Section A

Weekly Rate = 7 Days of Camping, 7th day is FREE
Monthly Rate = $28.84/day

Interior - Section B

30 or 50 Amp ... $38/day ... $228/week ... $675/month
Weekly Rate = 7 Days of Camping, 7th day is FREE
Monthly Rate = $22.50/day

Tent Camping

$16/night for two people, 1 car, in designated tent site. All other charges apply.

RV Dump free for guests, non-guests $12.00.

Entire visit must be paid in full at time of reservation. No refunds after 30 days prior to arrival, 75% refund prior to 30-days before arrival. No credit card refunds.

WATER is a precious resource on the Island. Please, if your hose leaks, come to the office for a FREE hose washer!

Please, no running of generators, no washing RVs, boats, cars, no outside clotheslines, no refunds due for leaving early.
