We have cut our monthly rates for a few sites in the park as low as $375/month for sites including water, sewer, electric and cable!!!
Upgrade to be located on the canal for only $50/month more....or to a waterfront lot for only $100/month more!!!
That is less than $16/day on the water--on the island....NOT out in the woods-n-bugs!!!
*Must be paid in cash in advance, plus tax. Runs 30 days from move-in to move-out. All additional charges still apply for pets, additional vehicles, more than two people, etc...
